- Our shipping carrier services are unable to support delivery to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses. We are unable to support delivery to freight forwarding companies.
- Please select a secure shipping location when placing your order. Estelle Colored Glass cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery to the correct address.
- Estelle Colored Glass is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors such as inclement weather, carrier service disruptions, or customs delays.
