Instructions
- Preheat oven tp 350˚F and grease and line a 8" round cake pan with parchment paper.
- Rub sugar and lemon zest together in a mixing bowl to release the lemon zest oils.
- Add milk, oil, lemon juice, vanilla and almond extracts, and almond flour to the bowl and whisk to combine.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Spread the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 10 minutes then remove from the cake pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
- Serve with whipped cream and berries.
